Class Description:
Advanced Acro & Gymnastics is an elite-level class tailored for students who are passionate about achieving high skill levels in acrobatics and tumbling. This class offers focused, high-intensity training designed to elevate participants' abilities in complex acro skills and gymnastics routines. Using specialized equipment such as acro pads and aerial hoops, students will learn to execute advanced tumbling tricks, aerial stunts, and intricate acrobatic sequences with precision and flair.
The curriculum is crafted to challenge athletes, helping them develop superior strength, flexibility, and body control, while mastering difficult techniques in a supportive and motivating environment. Ideal for those with a solid foundation in gymnastics and acro, this class prepares students for competitive performance and showcases their skills at the highest levels.
